I am the current President of the NAHB ASU Student Chapter. I have been a member for 3 years and a presenting member on the HBI 4-Year Residential Competition Team for 2 years. I grew up in New Glarus, Wisconsin and moved to Arizona for college in August of 2005. I have loved being a member of NAHB ASU for many reasons, from meeting a lot of great people to getting my past two summer internships I have not regretted my decision to join yet!

I generally like to golf and enjoy spending my time outdoors in the wilderness. I am hoping to bring my skills in estimating and expertise in construction to the club and bring back the gold to ASU.

Graduation Year: 2010
Ray, Estorga
Major: Construction
Emphasis: Residential
Home Town: Los Angeles, CA
My name is Ray and I was born and raised in the city of Los Angeles. I grew up in Southern Califonia and always had a passion and urge to build things. My father owns a waterfeature contracting business in the So Cal area and for the past 20 years I have grown up always wanting to do work in construction.
I chose to attend ASU primarily for its reputation in the Del E. Webb School of Construction. I felt that it would be the perfect oportunity to start my career off in the right direction with such an industry positive relationship program. Within my first year I became a member of the NAHB and was excited to take part in the trip to the National Competion in Orlando, FLA. By the end of that year I had recieved and internship and I now currently excited to be back for another year, this time as an officer.
In the inbetween time I love to ride my motorcycle, play video games, and socialize with friends at parties. I'm hoping that with my young and enthusiastic attitude and experience, I can bring a lot to the table this year for not only the compettion, but for the NAHB organization and its industry involvement.
